Custom Screen Printing.
We have been custom screen printing in house for over 30+ years. We always have the best people, best equipment, and the best customer service to help you in your screen printing needs.
1st Step- is to work with our advanced art department to either create you dream, or to spice up your current design.
2nd step- After an art approval. We print your design out on what is called Film positive and expose the film positive to a screen, which is coated in a light sensitive emulsion (this makes the design burn into the screen).
3rd Step- Is set up the screens on the printer. Pour the color ink into the screen and run a test print.
4th Step - After the test print all the shirts are run into production!
